Applying for Admission
To apply for admission to GHA, you will need to complete some forms, and submit certain documents. Please call Bonnie Cook at 678.298.5377 to request an admission packet be mailed to you, or, you may click here to download the Admissions Forms and Procedures documents.
In the admissions packet, you will find all the materials necessary to apply to GHA. These items include:

In addition to a complete set of transcripts (if applicable), we require a photocopy of the child's birth certificate and Georgia Immunization Form 3231. A $150 non-refundable application and evaluation fee must accompany the application. We require that all completed forms be received prior to review by the Admissions Committee.
Screenings are required for children entering Kindergarten through 8th grades. Children applying for our 3-year-old and 4-year-old programs will be observed in their current school setting. Screening appointments are made once an application and application fee have been received by the admissions office.
Admission notifications are mailed April 2, 2010.

Fee obligations in addition to tuition:
Annual Fund $150 per year, per family
Capital Funds Campaign $1,500, one time gift, payable over a 3 years once your oldest child enters 1st grade

Tuition Assistance
Need-based tuition assistance is available for students enrolled in Kindergarten through 8th grades. Applications may be requested from the business office.
Tuition assistance applications are processed through FACTS. FACTS, an independent service, provides GHA and the Tuition Assistance Committee with an analysis of the applicants' tuition assistance needs. Tuition assistance forms are renewed annually. All applications will be kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. Requests for tuition assistance are not considered factors in admissions decisions. Applications for tuition assistance must be returned to GHA's Business Office by February 19, 2010. No application will be processed after the February 19 deadline unless acceptable arrangements have been made with the Business Office prior to that date.
