Welcome to our GHA Family! We are on a roll and building momentum, with all the new additions in place for this school year.
Walk through our halls and you’ll feel the Ruach (spirit) and the passion of our children and teachers for learning and life. Students’ colorful paintings line the walls. Songs echo from the music room. Middle school students launch homemade cars down the halls to test the laws of physics. Outside, kindergarten students feed fish, turtles and frogs at the pond. GHA is alive with tradition, exploration and learning. As we strive to make our children excellent students, we also strive to make them mensches-- wonderful, caring people with solid Jewish values.
Greenfield Hebrew Academy was founded in 1953 and has set the standard for Jewish education in Atlanta. It is the oldest Jewish day school in Atlanta and the first Jewish day school in the country to be accredited by its regional accrediting association, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
